We are excited to announce several events this spring celebrating Realms of Inquiry’s 50 years.

Bring your own picnic

First up, Saturday, April 22, 2023, we will have a ‘bring your own’ picnic event at Sugarhouse Park. We will meet at the Fabian Lakeside Pavilion. Guests should bring their own picnic lunch and drink, and be ready to share your best Realms adventure stories. Longtime Head of School Ross Jones will join us, and all current and former students, teachers, and staff are welcome to come and bring their families.

We will have some games and you are invited to bring a plain, black t-shirt to make your own souvenir.

This event is from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Realms hall of fame

As we wrap up our academic year, all Realms alum are invited to share their best and favorite Realms projects at our 2023 Spring Exhibition. We ask that you send a short video (3-5 minutes) sharing your project, the process, the results, etc. Send submissions to frontdesk@realmsofinqiry.org.

The event is Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm MT. We will make the completed presentation available online.

Realms Overnight campout

Finally, Realms community members are invited to an overnight campout at the Jones’ property in Bluffdale Friday, June 9 to Saturday, June 10, 2023. This event runs from 5:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and will include lots of storytelling and reminiscing. This is a limited event that will likely go quickly! We encourage you to share tents where you can.
